About the Role

VM Modular Solutions is a rapidly growing modular kitchens, wardrobes, and interior solutions company. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to support the HR & Admin department in managing recruitment, onboarding, employee records, payroll inputs, and day-to-day HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

• Post job openings on Naukri, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates
• Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process
• Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases

Employee Onboarding & Documentation

• Coordinate employee joining formalities
• Collect and verify employee documents
• Create and maintain employee files
• Coordinate background verification activities
• Conduct onboarding and employee induction activities

HR Operations

• Maintain employee records in Greythr HRMS
• Manage attendance, leave, and regularization records
• Prepare payroll inputs and supporting documentation
• Maintain employee master data and HR records

Employee Relations & Support

• Address routine employee HR queries
• Support employee engagement activities
• Assist in communicating company policies and procedures
• Maintain confidentiality of employee information

Exit Management

• Coordinate resignation and clearance processes
• Prepare relieving letters and experience certificates
• Maintain employee exit records

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• 3–5 years of experience in HR Operations and Recruitment
• Hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment and employee onboarding
• Experience in HR documentation, employee records management, and HRMS administration
• Knowledge of attendance, leave management, and payroll input preparation
• Experience using HRMS tools (Greythr preferred)
• Good communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills
• Strong Excel and documentation skills
• Ability to independently manage day-to-day HR operations
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information professionally

Preferred Industry

• Experience in Manufacturing, Interiors, Construction, Engineering, Retail, or Service Industry preferred
• Experience supporting an employee strength of 75+ employees will be an added advantage

Salary

• CTC: ₹5.0 – ₹5.5 LPA
