About The Role
This role is an exciting opportunity to contribute to Reckitt’s financial integrity by supporting high‑quality financial accounting and operations for multiple countries in a global business environment. You’ll be part of a collaborative team that values precision, curiosity, and continuous improvement.
You will leverage digital tools to streamline processes, reduce manual effort, and enhance audit readiness. The Record‑to‑Report (RTR) Analyst role requires strong technical accounting knowledge, hands‑on experience in manufacturing finance processes, and the ability to manage complex, multi‑country RTR activities with accuracy and timeliness. You will partner closely with cross‑functional teams, local finance, business controllers, tax teams, and shared services to ensure compliance, efficiency, and standardization of accounting processes.
