Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Regional Manager – Ad Sales / Media Sales based in Ahmedabad. The Regional Manager will lead regional ad and media sales operations, drive revenue growth, and expand the advertiser and partner ecosystem across assigned territories. Responsibilities include identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with brand partners, agencies, and housing societies, and designing media solutions aligned with client objectives. The role involves managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting and lead qualification to pitch presentations, negotiation, and closure, while ensuring timely account onboarding and campaign execution. The Regional Manager will track sales performance, forecast revenue, collaborate with internal cross-functional teams (product, operations, finance, and marketing), and provide market insights to refine sales strategy and inventory planning. They will also mentor and guide the local sales team, uphold ethical sales practices, and ensure high standards of client satisfaction.
Qualifications

• Proven expertise in media sales and ad sales, preferably in digital, community, or out-of-home channels.
• Strong sales, lead generation, and business development skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
• Solid account management capabilities, including client relationship management, retention, and upselling.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at multiple levels.
• Experience managing a regional or city-level sales portfolio; prior exposure to prop-tech, residential communities, or SaaS is an advantage.
• Ability to analyze sales data, market trends, and campaign performance to inform strategy and decision-making.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Media, or a related field; an advanced degree or relevant certifications is a plus.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment, with strong ownership, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
