week1:

• Read the brand voice guidelines — understand Blob’s personality, the 5 content pillars (Educate, Entertain, Inspire, Build-in-Public, Convert), and tone by audience (Hinglish for students, Hindi for parents, English for investors)
• Create 5 sample Reels with Blob energy — concept tricks, relatable student life, exam stress humour
• Audit current Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, X presence — what’s working, what’s dead, what’s missing

month1:

• Produce 1-2 Instagram Reels daily + 3-5 YouTube Shorts weekly
• Build content calendar with Bhupesh: weekly themes tied to content pillars, exam season hooks, launch countdown content
• Create Blob content library: reaction memes, explainers, motivational posts, passive-aggressive “you haven’t studied” reminders
• Launch build-in-public series for LinkedIn/X — founder journey, tech deep-dives, product explainers
• Design 30-day launch countdown campaign: daily feature reveals, student testimonial previews
• Repurpose every piece of content 1-to-7: One concept → Reel + YouTube Short + carousel + tweet + LinkedIn post + WhatsApp broadcast + Story

ongoing:

• Daily content production across all platforms
• Create ad creatives for Performance Marketing Manager — polished versions of winning organic concepts
• Cover events, school visits, launch moments — BTS content, live stories, recap videos
• Engage with comments, trends, and moment marketing opportunities

lookingFor:

• You understand students — their language, their humour, their exam anxiety, what makes them share something vs scroll past. Ideally you’re Gen Z yourself. You don’t need a research report to know what Class 9-10 students care about.
• You think community, not just content. Every post should make students feel like into3 gets them. You know how to turn followers into a community that talks back, shares, tags friends, and feels ownership.
• You speak Hinglish because that’s how you actually talk — not because a brand brief told you to.

mustHave:

• 1-2 years creating social media content — show us your Instagram/YouTube portfolio with real engagement numbers
• Video editing skills: CapCut, Premiere Pro, or equivalent
• Native Hinglish communication — captions, scripts, dialogues that sound like a student, not a copywriter
• Understanding of platform algorithms: what Reels push, what LinkedIn rewards, what YouTube Shorts needs
• Can produce volume: 2+ Reels/day consistently
• Basic design skills for carousels and Stories — Canva or Figma
• Working knowledge of AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT) for script drafting, caption generation, and content calendar planning
