As a Data Analytics & IT Asset Management Lead-Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing the lifecycle of technology assets within our Internal Firm Services practice. Your responsibilities will include confirming compliance with licensing agreements and minimizing costs, while leveraging your experience in inventory management, software licensing, and vendor relationship management. As a Manager, you will enhance your leadership style by motivating, developing, and inspiring others to deliver quality. You will be responsible for coaching, leveraging team members’ unique strengths, and managing performance to meet client expectations. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values in a meaningful way.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage IT Asset Management (ITAM) processes, including asset lifecycle management, inventory accuracy, compliance, and optimization using ServiceNow.
• Design and develop ServiceNow dashboards, reports, KPIs, and analytics solutions to provide actionable business insights.
• Perform advanced data analytics, trend analysis, and reporting to support decision-making and drive process improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather requirements, define reporting needs, and deliver data-driven recommendations.
• Drive automation initiatives and ensure adherence to PwC standards, governance, and compliance frameworks
