Role: Management Trainee – Data Analyst

Functional Area:Data Analytics / Business Intelligence Relevant Experience:(Freshers / Entry-level)

Role Overview:

We are seeking enthusiastic and detail-oriented graduates for the role of Management Trainee – Data Analyst. This position is designed to build strong analytical capabilities and enable data-driven decision-making by working on real business problems through data analysis, reporting, and visualization.

Key Responsibilities:

. Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources to support business decisions

. Develop and maintain reports and dashboardsfor performance tracking

. Identify trends, patterns, and insights to improve business outcomes

. Assist in data validation and quality checksto ensure accuracy

. Work with stakeholders to understand data requirements and business needs

. Perform ad-hoc analysisand present findings in structured formats

. Support in automation of reports and processesusing tools and scripts

. Create clear and impactful data visualizations and presentations

Technical Skills:

. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel(Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, basic formulas)

. Basic knowledge of SQLfor data extraction and manipulation

. Familiarity with data visualization tools(Power BI, Tableau, or similar)

. Basic understanding of Python or R(preferred but optional)

. Knowledge of data analysis concepts, statistics, and data interpretation

. Understanding of databases and structured data systems
