Job Opening: Solar Sales Lead – Gurgaon
Blueneba Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Solar Sales Lead for Gurgaon / Delhi NCR.
We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented professional who can lead solar sales, generate new business, manage customer relationships, and drive rooftop solar projects in residential, commercial, and industrial segments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and convert leads for rooftop solar projects
- Handle customer meetings, site visits, and proposal discussions
- Lead and guide the sales team to achieve monthly targets
- Build relationships with RWAs, builders, commercial clients, and channel partners
- Coordinate with technical and operations teams for smooth project closure
- Track market opportunities and competitor activities in Gurgaon / NCR
Desired Candidate:
- Experience in solar sales, B2C/B2B sales, or related field
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Good local market understanding of Gurgaon / Delhi NCR
- Ability to lead a small team and achieve targets
- Two-wheeler / four-wheeler preferred
