Job Title: Team Lead – Influencer Strategist

About the Role

We’re looking for a strategic thinker and execution-driven Team Lead – Influencer Marketing who can lead end-to-end influencer campaigns while managing a team. This role requires a strong understanding of digital culture, creator ecosystems, and performance-driven storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategy & Planning

• Lead influencer marketing strategies across brands and industries
• Build data-backed campaign plans aligned with brand objectives (awareness, engagement, conversions)
• Identify the right mix of creators (macro, micro, nano) based on campaign goals
• Stay ahead of trends, platform updates, and creator economy shifts

2. Campaign Management

• Oversee end-to-end execution of influencer campaigns
• Ensure timelines, deliverables, and budgets are managed effectively
• Collaborate with internal teams (creative, media, account management)
• Troubleshoot and optimize campaigns in real-time

3. Client Management

• Act as the main POC for clients on influencer mandates
• Present strategies, reports, and campaign insights
• Build strong relationships and drive upsell opportunities

4. Team Leadership

• Manage and mentor a team of influencer executives/strategists
• Delegate tasks, review outputs, and ensure quality control
• Build processes and frameworks to scale influencer operations

5. Reporting & Analytics

• Track campaign performance using key metrics (engagement rate, reach, ROI, conversions)
• Derive insights and provide actionable recommendations
• Present post-campaign reports with clear storytelling

Good to Have

• Experience working on large-scale or integrated campaigns
• Exposure to performance marketing + influencer integrations
• Familiarity with influencer tools/platforms
