Summary:

This field sales role is responsible for driving business growth by achieving sales targets, building strong relationships with key stakeholders, and identifying new opportunities through site visits and store engagement. The candidate will play a crucial role in expanding market reach and ensuring consistent sales performance.

Responsibilities:

• Consistently meet and exceed assigned sales targets

• Build and maintain relationships with painters, contractors, builders, architects, and engineers

• Conduct a minimum of 2 site visits daily

• Spend at least 2 hours daily at assigned store for customer engagement

• Organize weekly shop meetings with applicators

• Submit daily sales reports through the online portal

Requirements:

• Two-wheeler is mandatory

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Self-motivated and target-driven attitude

• Qualification: Graduation preferred

• Experience: 0.5 to 1 year in channel sales (Paints / Laminates / Ply / Electricals / Lubricants preferred)

• Freshers or candidates from insurance/banking sales can also apply

Requirements
A two-wheeler is mandatory as this is a field sales role. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated and target-driven attitude. Qualification: Graduation preferred. Experience: Fresher/Preferably 6 months to 12 months of experience in field sales, channel sales(AP/Akzo/Laminates/Ply/Electricals/Lubricants).
