Inventory & Stockist Manager Full Time NEW

Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Inventory & Stockist Manager to oversee inventory management and coordinate with multiple stockists and marketplace partners. The role involves managing the complete order fulfillment cycle, from receiving Purchase Orders (POs) to ensuring timely delivery of goods.

Key Responsibilities:
1 Manage and maintain accurate inventory records across warehouses and stockists.
2 Coordinate with stockists and marketplace partners such as Purplle, Amazon, Instamart, Blinkit, and other e-commerce platforms.
3 Handle the end-to-end order fulfillment process, including Receiving Purchase Orders (POs), Inventory Allocation, Dispatch Planning, and Delivery Tracking & Coordination.
4 Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment to prevent stock-outs or overstocking.
5 Coordinate with warehouse, dispatch, operations, and sales teams for smooth execution.
6 Track inventory movement and prepare regular stock reports.
7 Resolve inventory discrepancies and ensure inventory accuracy.
8 Maintain strong relationships with stockists and logistics partners.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
1 Proven experience in inventory management and stock control.
2 Strong understanding of stockist operations and marketplace fulfillment processes.
3 Experience working with Amazon, Purplle, Instamart, Blinkit, or similar platforms.
4 Excellent communication and coordination skills.
5 Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
6 Proficiency in MS Excel and inventory management systems.
7 Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work in a fast-paced environment.

Experience: 2–3 years of experience in Inventory Management, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field.Ensure adherence to company processes and service level agreements (SLAs).
