Role Description
- This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dehradun
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive footfall, brand visibility & tenant business growth.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities, brand tie-ups & partnership initiatives.
- Plan and oversee ATL/BTL marketing campaigns, digital marketing & PR activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail tenants, brands & media partners.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities & consumer insights to refine strategies.
Eligibility Criteria:
- MBA in Marketing / Graduate with relevant experience from a recognised institution.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Marketing & Business Development.
- Prior experience in Mall, Retail, or Hospitality sector will only be given preference.
- Proven ability in Marketing Strategy and Campaign Planning
- Skills in Business Development, Market Research, and Tenant Relations
- Strong proficiency in Communication, Negotiation, and Relationship Management
- Creativity and innovation in branding, promotional events, and customer engagement
- Strong analytical skills for market trend analysis and performance reporting
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and campaign management platforms.
