We provide 3PL services, warehousing solutions, fulfillment operations, transportation management, and supply chain optimization services across multiple industries.

As we expand our Quick Commerce and Dark Store business, we are looking for an experienced operations leader to drive growth, operational excellence, and network performance across South India.

Role Description

As the General Manager | Quick Commerce & Dark Store Operations, you will lead and scale dark store operations across South India from our Bengaluru headquarters.

This leadership role will be responsible for end-to-end operations, inventory accuracy, fulfillment performance, productivity, customer service levels, cost optimization, and multi-location operational excellence.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru and requires close coordination with cross-functional teams to drive operational efficiency and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead dark store operations across multiple locations

• Drive inventory accuracy and fulfillment excellence

• Manage operational KPIs, SLAs, and customer service performance

• Oversee P&L and cost optimization initiatives

• Scale new dark store launches and network expansion

• Build, mentor, and lead high-performing operations teams

• Drive process improvements and operational efficiency

• Collaborate with supply chain, warehousing, transportation, and technology teams

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Quick Commerce, Dark Store Operations, Warehousing, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management

• Proven experience in Operations Management and P&L responsibility

• Strong inventory control and fulfillment management experience

• Demonstrated leadership experience managing large teams and multiple locations

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills

• Experience in E-commerce, Last Mile, Retail Operations, or Fulfillment Operations will be preferred

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations, or a related field
