Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operation at the BPCL/IOCL terminals – opening and closing of E – locks.
- Installation of E – locks in the trucks.
- Service the locks in case of any defect in them.
- Coordinate with customer support and the technical support team in generating OTP in case it is not generated.
- Inspect the locks fixed on the trucks to ensure that the locks are not mishandled/ damaged.
