Key Responsibilities:

✔ End-to-end IT recruitment for roles like Developers, Testers & DevOps

✔ Source candidates via LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed & referrals

✔ Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews

✔ Coordinate interviews with technical panels

✔ Manage offer, negotiation & onboarding process

✔ Maintain ATS and recruitment trackers

✔ Ensure a smooth candidate experience

Requirements:

• 2+ years in IT Recruitment / Talent Acquisition
• Good knowledge of IT roles (Java, Python, .NET, Cloud, etc.)
• Strong communication and sourcing skills
• Experience with recruitment tools & ATS

Preferred:

Staffing/consultancy or corporate hiring experience

Exposure to technical screening

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 – ₹28,000.00 per month
