Role Purpose
The Digital Manufacturing Engineering Manager (M3) is accountable for deploying, integrating, and scaling Digital Manufacturing capabilities that connect engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and aftermarket through a single digital thread.
The role ensures that MBx and Digital Twin concepts move from theory to shopfloor execution, delivering measurable improvements in throughput, cost, inventory turns, quality, and responsiveness, both locally and globally.
