Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a MIS Support Executive – Renewable Energy. The MIS Support Executive will support business and project teams by managing, updating, and analyzing data related to solar projects, operations, and performance. Daily responsibilities include maintaining MIS dashboards and reports, consolidating data from multiple internal systems, and ensuring data accuracy and timeliness for management decision-making. The role involves coordinating with project, engineering, procurement, and finance teams to collect inputs, standardize documentation, and track key performance indicators. The MIS Support Executive will also assist in preparing periodic management reports, presentations, and compliance documentation, while suggesting improvements to reporting formats and processes.
Qualifications

• Strong data management and reporting skills, including experience with spreadsheets, databases, and dashboard tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets, basic BI tools).
• Ability to collect, validate, and analyze operational and project data, with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good understanding of MIS concepts and documentation practices, preferably within infrastructure, energy, or EPC environments.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams in a remote setup.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and handle multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervision.
• Familiarity with renewable energy or solar project workflows is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Comfort with remote work tools and basic IT skills for troubleshooting common system or access issues.
