Job Summary
Part of the Everest group, candidates will lead Machine shop for Production, to produce the best quality product. Also control the tool life & cost of manufacturing blowers. Also improve the daily productivity OEE targets by minimize the 16 Losses.
Responsibilities
- Manpower handling at M/C shop
- Knowledge of CNC/VMC Machines
- Knowledge of CNC/VMC Machine programming
- Knowledge of SAP software
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing
- Capable of handling 3 shifts
- Knowledge of 7QC Tools
- Knowledge of computer for data entry
- Knowledge of Tooling selection on machines
- Well versed with problem solving tool on machines
- Knowledge of 5’S & safety for shop floor
