Urgent Opening- Inside Sales Executive Full Time

Key Responsibilities-

• Understand customer requirements and recommend need-based Insurance and Mutual Fund products.
• Explain product features clearly and close sales on the same call wherever possible.
• Build trust and rapport with prospects to improve conversion rate.
• Ensure timely follow-ups on interested leads to improve closure probability.
• Coordinate with internal teams for complex cases or escalations when required.
• Update CRM with accurate remarks, dispositions, and follow-up information.
• Achieve daily and monthly sales and productivity targets.

Required Skills

• Strong communication skills.
• Confident customer handling with effective objection-handling skills.
• Basic proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, CRM tools, and lead dispositioning.
• Understanding of Health Insurance, Life Insurance, General Insurance and Mutual Funds.
• Ability to explain products clearly and convert leads efficiently.

Eligibility

• Candidate must be a graduate with any degree.
• 2–4 years of proven experience in tele-sales or insurance sales, with a strong track record of conversions and target achievement; candidates from the insurance sector will be an added advantage.

Location- Gurugram

CTC- ( 5 LPA- 7.5 LPA)
