Title: Lead Talent Advisor
Location: Gurugram(Hybrid- 3 days from office)
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for end-to-end delivery across Technology, product, operation & non-tech hiring
• Candidate shall be responsible for managing hiring across all levels based out of the Gurgaon office and working directly with senior business leaders
• Should be a mature individual having sound communication skills and have delivered quality work within TAT and under minimal supervision.
• Ability to quickly draw up external acumen, map market intelligence that can influence business leaders on talent solutions
• Should be self-driven to plan, execute to talent strategies defined across different business units
• Closely work with peers within people operations team and Finance team to plan for budgeted hiring and proactive hiring
• Advise the leadership on the talent availability and affordability
• Work with internal teams and hiring managers to assist with recruitment efforts & deliver with velocity
• Develop and recommend sourcing strategy to achieve the right source mix
• Discovering and exploring new efficient, effective, and sustainable candidate channels to meet current and future leadership talent needs
• Develop specialized or competitive intelligence and research regarding talent development or retention
• Use social media, job boards, Internet sourcing, and other technical means to source candidates for open jobs.
Required:
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline, preferably Human Resources
• 10+ years of experience in recruitment, including handling IT and Non-IT roles.
• Hands-on with experience in hiring, preferably in a mix of both technology and domain-based roles, preferably R&D setup
• Analytical mindset and expertise in excel and similar tools
• Excellent Communication & Stakeholder management skills
• Experience in understanding cultural differences across geographies
• Should be able to define commitment and meet deadlines
• Experience in R&D, Tech Start-up, high-growth companies will be preferred
• Ability to deliver to TA analytics, use data for decision making and articulate stories through data for better outcomes
