About the Role:
We are looking for a tech-savvy and proactive person to support our business development activities. The role involves managing CRM, handling emails, and assisting in day-to-day coordination tasks. Freshers can apply, but you must be quick to learn, good at English, and comfortable with technology. If you have an accounting background, it will be a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
CRM and Email Management
● Maintain and update CRM with client and lead information.
● Organise and respond to emails professionally and on time.
Client and Lead Coordination
● Assist in following up with leads and prospects.
● Schedule and coordinate client calls or meetings.
● Support onboarding of new clients by coordinating with internal teams.
Business Development Support
● Prepare proposals, agreements, and simple presentations.
● Research potential clients or business opportunities as directed.
● Track sales pipeline progress and flag pending actions.
Reporting and Insights
● Generate simple weekly/monthly reports from CRM.
● Share insights on client interactions and business development activities.
Team Coordination
● Support managers in day-to-day communication and coordination.
● Ensure smooth information flow between clients and internal teams.
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects and ensure alignment with business goals.
Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Accounting or related background preferred).
● Freshers and early career professionals are welcome to apply.
● Good English communication skills (written and verbal).
● Tech-savvy, smart, proactive, and quick to learn.
● Comfortable using CRM systems and online tools.
● Must be available for immediate joining.
