Salary Range: upto10 Lakhs CTC (depending on experience and interview)

Sugarfit is a leading health-tech company revolutionizing diabetes and obesity management through innovative active foods and nutrition programs. We’re scaling our presence on marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, and quick commerce platforms to deliver high-quality grocery and nutraceutical products directly to health-conscious consumers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support sales operations for Sugarfit’s active foods on apps (Sugarfit app) and marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, Zepto, Blinkit, and Instamart.
• Manage day-to-day listing updates, inventory tracking, order fulfillment, and basic promotions to ensure stock availability and on-time delivery.
• Monitor sales performance, track KPIs (e.g., units sold, fill rates), and assist with data entry/reporting using platform tools.
• Execute routine tasks like price adjustments, deal setups, and quick commerce slot management under senior guidance.
• Coordinate with logistics partners for seamless order processing and handle basic customer query escalations.
• Contribute to category reviews by pulling marketplace insights and supporting campaign execution.

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience in sales operations, preferably on e-commerce apps/marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, quick commerce).
• Familiarity with grocery/FMCD sales processes; interest in health/nutrition products is a plus.
• Proficiency in Excel, basic analytics tools, and e-commerce platforms.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, or related field.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
