- Assist in lead generation through research, cold calling, and outreach
- Support in managing inbound enquiries and initial client communication
- Schedule meetings and coordinate with prospects
- Assist in preparing presentations and proposals
- Maintain and update CRM records accurately
- Track sales activities and support reporting
- Assist in handling email enquiries/responses
- Support in management of email/social media campaigns
- Assist in follow-ups and coordination for deal closure
- Support collection tracking and documentation
