Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Junior Admin Executive located in Malad, Mumbai. The Junior Admin Executive will handle general administrative tasks, provide executive-level administrative support, maintain office operations, manage schedules and appointments, and facilitate interdepartmental communication with a high level of professionalism. Additionally, the role involves drafting reports, maintaining documentation, and assisting in the coordination of organizational activities.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance
• Strong General Administration skills to ensure smooth office operations
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills to collaborate effectively across teams
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
• Proactive attitude with the ability to work independently
• Working knowledge of office tools and software
• Previous experience in administrative roles is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred
