Role Overview:
1. This is not just a backend operations role
2. The primary goal is to increase product sales
3. Cataloguing and backend operations are a core responsibility
4. The role goes beyond execution to improving business outcomes
Key Responsibilities:
1. Cataloguing & Platform Management:
Create and manage product listings on Shopify
Handle cataloguing, product data, collections, and merchandising
Ensure accuracy in pricing, inventory, descriptions, and images
Manage and optimize listings on Amazon and Flipkart
2. Conversion Optimization:
Analyze high-traffic products and identify drop-offs in the funnel
Evaluate product pages, pricing, images, and trust gaps
Identify reasons for low conversion and improvement areas
3. Performance Improvement:
Test landing pages, product images, and copy
Focus on high-impact products where small changes drive revenue
Continuously improve conversion rates (CVR)
Progress from execution to optimization and ownership
4. Cross-Team Collaboration:
Work closely with designers for high-converting creatives
Coordinate with engineers for better-performing pages
Align with marketing teams to improve traffic-to-conversion flow
Proactively suggest and implement improvements
5. Scaling & Growth:
Collaborate with performance teams to scale successful strategies
Build repeatable processes and playbooks for growth

2. Improved conversion rates across key products
3. Increased revenue from existing traffic

Annual CTC: ₹ 5,85,000 – 7,80,000 /year
