Project Management – Analyst – HYD Full Time

Position Summary

This role with Deloitte Global (DTTL) ideal for individuals who would like to gain global experience. Due to the global nature of this role, relocation is not required, nor supported. Candidates would be expected to work from their current location.

The USI Junior plays a critical role in advancing Deloitte’s global Audit and Assurance agenda. This role supports the strategic direction, coordination, and delivery of initiatives that strengthen the consistency, quality, and scalability of assurance practices across the Deloitte network.

You will collaborate with Global and member firm teams to manage workplans, monitor progress, support methodology adoption, and ensure alignment with internal standards, market needs, and regulatory expectations. Your contributions will help drive high-impact global initiatives and enable readiness across all phases of the program lifecycle from mobilization through discovery, alignment, and run.

Work you’ll do

As an Analyst on the Deloitte Global Audit and Assurance team, you will be responsible for:

• Supporting the preparation, organization, and maintenance of knowledge and content materials across the Operations & Insights team and the Methodology & Content team
• Assisting with project coordination, workplan updates, milestone tracking, and risk tracking to support timely delivery of global initiatives
• Contributing to strategic planning activities that align Audit and Assurance initiatives with business objectives, regulatory developments, and market requirements
• Coordinating training, communications, and enablement activities with cross-functional teams across geographies
• Developing and maintaining reporting tools, templates, and analysis to identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities

Shift Timings: 11 AM to 8 PM

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree from a reputed institution, PMP or CSM certification would be preferable

Required:

• 2+ years of experience in project management, internal audit, risk, sustainability, or controls functions
• Experience using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint
• Experience maintaining project plans, milestone trackers, risk logs, or status reports
• Experience developing reporting tools, templates, dashboards, or presentation materials
• Experience analyzing data to identify gaps, risks, or process improvement opportunities
• Understanding of assurance practices, governance frameworks, or risk and compliance standards

Preferred:

• Experience using Azure DevOps, Power BI, or Tableau
• Experience supporting training, communications, or enablement activities
• Experience working with global or cross-functional teams
• Experience preparing materials for leadership or executive stakeholders
