Position: Corporate Partnership Head

Location: Gurugram

YOE: 8–12 Years Experience

We are looking for a seasoned BFSI professional to lead and expand our corporate partnerships while driving impactful job guarantee programs.

Role Overview

A leadership role focused on building strong relationships with BFSI organizations and ensuring consistent placement opportunities through strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead end-to-end partnerships with Banks, NBFCs, FinTechs & Insurance companies

* Drive business growth through hunting, mining & farming of key accounts

* Onboard new BFSI partners for job guarantee & placement programs

* Strengthen existing relationships to increase hiring mandates & repeat business

* Collaborate with L&D, Operations & TA teams for demand-supply alignment

* Analyze BFSI hiring trends & workforce requirements

* Negotiate commercial terms & close strategic deals

* Ensure timely hiring fulfillment & high client satisfaction

* Track performance metrics: revenue, placements & account growth

Key Requirements:

* 8–12 years of experience in the BFSI sector

* Strong network within BFSI organizations

* Experience in B2B sales / corporate partnerships / key account management

* Exposure to hiring / staffing / skilling ecosystem (preferred)

* Proven ability in client acquisition & account growth

* Excellent communication & negotiation skills

* Open to travel for client meetings
