Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented IT Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment of IT professionals, ensuring timely hiring while maintaining quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end IT recruitment (sourcing to onboarding)
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other channels
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand requirements
- Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates
- Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers
- Negotiate salary and manage offer rollouts
- Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for selected candidates
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 6 months to 2 years of experience in IT recruitment
- Good understanding of IT roles and technologies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Hands-on experience with job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Preferred Candidate
- Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice period
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts
- Based in or willing to relocate to Mohali
