Project Coordinator – Solar Projects Full Time NEW

We are looking for a highly proactive and execution-focused Project Coordinator who will work directly with the founder to manage on-ground coordination for solar power projects.

Preferred candidate location – Patna / Gaya / Bihar (frequent travel to project sites)

This role involves daily interaction with EPC contractors, government offices, consultants, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of projects from development to commissioning.

Key Responsibilities

Project Coordination & Execution

• Coordinate daily with:
• EPC contractors and site engineers
• Internal project teams
• External consultants (land, electrical, civil)
• Track project timelines and ensure tasks are completed on schedule
• Identify delays/issues and escalate proactively

Government & Documentation Work

• Assist in:
• Land documentation and verification
• DISCOM approvals and follow-ups
• PM-KUSUM / state scheme applications
• Visit government offices when required to track approvals

Site Monitoring (On-Ground)

• Visit project sites regularly (2–3 times/week)
• Share:
• Progress updates
• Photos/videos
• On-ground issues

Vendor & Stakeholder Management

• Follow up with vendors and contractors for:
• Deliverables
• Timelines
• Documentation
• Ensure clear communication between all stakeholders

Finance Coordination

• Work with internal finance team to:
• Track vendor invoices
• Monitor payments
• Maintain basic cost tracking sheets

Tender & Pipeline Tracking

• Monitor new solar tenders in Bihar and nearby states
• Assist in preparation and submission of tender documents

Reporting & MIS

• Maintain:
• Daily activity reports
• Weekly progress summaries
• Documentation repository for projects

Candidate Profile

Education

• Diploma / B.Tech (Electrical / Civil preferred)

Experience

• 1–3 years of experience in:
• Infrastructure / construction / solar / electrical projects
• OR experience dealing with government offices and field coordination

Key Skills & Traits

• Strong follow-up and coordination skills
• Ability to handle multiple stakeholders
• Comfortable with fieldwork and travel
• Basic Excel and reporting skills
• Problem-solving attitude and ownership mindset
