Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Demand Planner at Nature Bio Foods, located in Sonipat. The Demand Planner will be responsible for managing demand planning and forecasting processes to ensure optimal inventory levels and seamless supply chain operations. The role involves analyzing sales trends, preparing production plans, coordinating with stakeholders, and delivering accurate insights to support strategic planning. Cooperation with cross-functional teams and effective communication is essential to ensure alignment between supply and demand.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Demand Planning and Demand Forecasting to effectively anticipate market needs
- Solid Analytical Skills for interpreting data and providing actionable insights
- Experience in Production Planning to align supply chain processes with organizational goals
- Strong Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders
- Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools; knowledge of supply chain software is a plus
- Ability to work on-site in Sonipat and dedication to detail-oriented and strategic planning
- Educational background in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred
