AGM – For Boutique Property (Gular, Near Rishikesh) Full Time NEW

The AGM is responsible for end-to-end property management, ensuring seamless operations, superior guest experiences, strong team performance, and revenue growth. This is a hands-on leadership role driving operational excellence, brand standards, and business development.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES1. Operations Management

• Oversee daily operations across Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Maintenance, and Guest Services
• Ensure service consistency, quality control, and SOP adherence
• Conduct routine inspections to maintain property standards and readiness
• Ensure upkeep of cleanliness, safety, and overall guest environment

2. Guest Experience & Service Excellence

• Drive exceptional, personalized guest experiences
• Handle escalations and ensure quick resolution of guest concerns
• Monitor guest feedback, reviews, and service recovery
• Maintain high hospitality standards across all touchpoints

3. Team Leadership & Culture

• Lead, train, and mentor teams for high performance
• Manage rostering, discipline, and performance reviews
• Conduct daily briefings and ensure operational alignment
• Build a positive, accountable, and service-driven culture

4. Financial & Revenue Management

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
• Drive occupancy, ADR, and revenue optimization strategies
• Monitor expenses and ensure efficient resource utilization
• Oversee procurement and vendor management

5. Sales & Business Development

• Drive room revenue through corporate tie-ups, OTAs, and partnerships
• Develop local alliances (travel agents, events, tourism partners)
• Identify new business opportunities (retreats, long stays, events)
• Track sales performance and conversion metrics

6. External Liaisoning & Compliance

• Liaise with government bodies (Tourism, Police, Municipal, Excise, etc.)
• Ensure all licenses, compliances, and documentation are updated
• Handle audits, inspections, and regulatory requirements

7. Safety & Standards

• Ensure adherence to safety, hygiene, and legal standards
• Oversee emergency preparedness and security protocols
• Maintain audit readiness and brand compliance

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• 4–7 years in hospitality (boutique/luxury preferred)
• Strong operational and revenue management knowledge
• Experience with PMS, POS, and OTA platforms
