Role Overview
We are looking for a highly proactive, growth-oriented Social Media Marketer who understands that social media success is not just about posting content. This role is for someone who can organically grow social media presence, build and manage communities/groups, increase meaningful engagement, and turn social platforms into active channels for visibility, trust, and lead generation.
The ideal candidate must have a proven track record of growing pages, groups, followers, and engagement across multiple platforms through consistent strategy, audience interaction, community-building, and smart content execution.
This is not a role for a routine post scheduler. We need someone who knows how to make social media pages and groups alive, interactive, growing, and valuable.
In addition, the candidate should have a fundamental understanding of SEO, content discoverability, keyword usage, and how social media and search visibility can support each other.
