We are looking for an experienced Freelance US IT Recruiter who can handle end-to-end recruitment for US-based clients. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in US IT staffing, strong sourcing skills, and the ability to work independently.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Handle full-cycle recruitment for US IT requirements
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other channels
• Screen, shortlist, and validate candidates as per client requirements
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates
• Work on C2C, W2, and Full-time requirements
• Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates
• Ensure timely submissions with quality profiles

Requirements:

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in US IT Recruitment
• Strong understanding of US staffing processes and tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099)
• Hands-on experience with job portals like Dice, Monster, LinkedIn
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work in US shift
• Must have own laptop and stable internet connection
