We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Procurement Specialist to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement and supply chain management, with a focus on components related to gas turbines, generators, and steam turbines. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with our team in the USA, ensuring a common working time of 4 hours.

Your New Role – Challenging And Future-oriented

• Ensures ordering of Auxiliaries of Gas Turbine (GT), Generator (GN) & Steam Turbine (ST) components.
• Ensures Ordering of GN, GT, ST components (Factory Purchase Orders (PO))
• Places and manages Warranty PO’s.
• Ensures site support purchase orders including FAST warehouse support.
• Reports on tactical savings achieved to approved Limit of Authority (LoA)
• Monitors Project Change Management (PCMs) to assist project Procurement Manager (PPM.)
• Reviews supplier Master Document List (MDL) document status and provides project specific updates.
• Gathers on time delivery metrics and reports to Project Procurement management.
• Assists the project PPM to develop project specific text.
• Liaise with Buyers to adjust baseline schedule as needed.
• Liaise with Buyers to adjust MDL Document schedule as needed.
