About Role:

We are looking for a passionate Wordpress Developer Intern with a strong understanding of WordPress and related web technologies. The ideal candidate must already be familiar with WordPress setup, customization, themes, plugins, Elementor, and front-end development. You’ll work on real projects, assist in website builds, and contribute to maintaining and improving existing sites.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain WordPress websites, landing pages, and blogs.
• Customize and extend themes, plugins, and WordPress post types.
• Work on Elementor-based layouts and custom widgets.
• Implement features using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
• Ensure responsive, SEO-friendly, and high-performance web pages.
• Debug and resolve website issues across devices and browsers.
• Collaborate with the design and content teams for smooth integration.

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of WordPress is a must.
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and PHP.
• Experience with WordPress themes, plugins, and custom post types.
• Familiarity with Elementor or similar page builders.
• Understanding of WordPress file structure, hooks, and template hierarchy.
• Basic knowledge of version control (Git/GitHub) and website deployment.
• Good debugging, testing, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Previous experience with WordPress projects (personal, academic, or freelance).
• Interest in UI/UX design, performance optimization, and modern web practices.
