Senior Manager – Solution Design – GO/JC/2597/2026 Full Time NEW

Roles and Responsibilities

Lead Pursuits (RFPs/ RFIs): Conceptualize Solution Strategy, Win Themes, Pitches and Transformation approach while responding to RFPs/RFIs for Tech enabled Operations.

Collaborate & Coordinate with the Sales teams, Account and Delivery Managers on the Solution.

Create Go to Market (GTM) strategy: Work actively with the Sales teams across geographies to identify opportunities proactively and propose winning solutions.

Prepare and present solution presentations, Proof-of-Concepts, Solution Walkthroughs and proposal defense meetings

Create collaterals for Financial Services and develop Whitepapers and POV.

Skill set

Candidate must have 12+ years of work experience in Capital Markets’ Operations

Minimum 2 years’ experience in Pre-Sales and Solution Design role.

In-depth knowledge of the Value Chain, Operations and Asset Classes

Knowledge of Platforms and key technologies in the Capital Markets space

Strong understanding of Digital Transformation tools (Workflow, RPA, Data, IDP, Gen AI)
