Role Overview

We are hiring for one of our clients seeking an experienced Project Manager – New Product Development to lead end-to-end product initiatives. This role is responsible for managing cross-functional teams, ensuring timely delivery, and driving innovation across the product lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional project teams from initiation through successful delivery
• Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies
• Manage risks, identify mitigation strategies, and escalate issues when required
• Collaborate with stakeholders across supply chain, R&D, quality, and commercial teams
• Monitor project performance and ensure adherence to governance frameworks
• Drive continuous improvement in project execution methodologies
• Facilitate alignment across teams to ensure delivery of business objectives
• Analyze project feasibility, cost implications, and operational impact

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Business, or related field
• Extensive experience in project or program management within product development
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in a matrix environment
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
• Experience in regulated environments (GMP/ISO) is preferred
• Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies
• Certification such as PMP or equivalent is advantageous
