About us:
Tulsi Weaves is a premium saree store in Chennai, known for curating elegant and high-quality sarees. We are looking for a responsible and smart individual to ensure the smooth day-to-day functioning of our store.
Role Overview:
We are hiring a Store Operations Executive who will act as the backbone of our store operations. This role requires someone who can handle customers, manage staff, and ensure everything in the store runs seamlessly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily store operations and ensure everything runs smoothly
- Handle customer queries, concerns, and provide a pleasant in-store experience
- Manage and coordinate store staff (attendance, responsibilities, discipline)
- Ensure proper display, cleanliness, and organization of sarees and store space
- Troubleshoot day-to-day issues independently and efficiently
- Support sales team during busy hours and festive seasons
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused
- Smart, proactive, and able to take ownership
- Calm and composed under pressure
- Strong communication skills (Tamil required; English is a plus)
- Prior experience in retail (saree/textile/jewellery/apparel stores preferred)
- Ability to manage both customers and staff effectively
Experience:
- 2–5 years in retail/store operations preferred
- Freshers with strong personality and willingness to learn may also be considered
