We are looking for a confident, energetic, and skilled Spoken English Trainer to help students improve their communication skills, fluency, pronunciation, and overall confidence in English.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct Spoken English classes for beginners to advanced learners
• Teach grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and sentence formation
• Improve students’ speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills
• Organize group discussions, role plays, debates, and presentation activities
• Assess student progress through tests, assignments, and regular feedback
• Prepare lesson plans, training material, and practice exercises
• Help students build confidence for interviews, presentations, and workplace communication
• Maintain attendance records and student performance reports
• Coordinate with management regarding batch schedules and course updates

Required Skills:

• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
• Strong command of grammar, pronunciation, and vocabulary
• Good presentation and classroom management skills
• Ability to motivate and engage students effectively
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Online Teaching Tools)
• Friendly, professional, and result-oriented attitude

Preferred Qualifications:

• Graduate / Postgraduate in English or related field
• Prior experience as Spoken English Trainer preferred
• Experience in training students or working in education institute will be an advantage

Pay: ₹25,551.23 – ₹45,303.30 per month
