We need CRM for our Panjim office.

Location: Panjim

Salary: 20000/- to 22000/- Pm

Job Duties in Brief

● Manage and monitor social media platforms on a daily basis.

● Respond to comments, direct messages (DMs), and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

● Coordinate posting schedules, audience engagement and basic community management activities.

●Handle student enquiries, enrollments ,enrolment processes for courses and webinars.

●Follow up with prospective students and assist them with registration and payment coordination.

● Act as the first point of contact for all incoming calls, messages and customer queries.

● Address student/customer concerns and ensure prompt resolution or escalation when required.

● Maintain positive relationships with students, clients and other stakeholders.

●Handle product enquiries and process customer orders.

●Ensure proper packaging and timely dispatch of products.

●Coordinate with courier/logistics partners for smooth product deliveries and shipment tracking.

● Maintain dispatch records and follow up on delivery status.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 – ₹22,000.00 per month
