🧠 About the Role

👉 This is a Business Generation role.

The selected candidate will be directly responsible for acquiring clients from USA & Canada and generating revenue for the company.

You will work across different client engagement types, including:

• Direct Clients
• Implementation Partners
• Tier-1 Clients / Enterprises

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Generate business from USA & Canada through:
• LinkedIn outreach
• Upwork / Freelancer / Fiverr
• cold emails and networking
• Identify and approach:
• Direct business clients
• Implementation partners
• Tier-1 / enterprise-level clients
• Handle client communication via:
• calls
• emails
• chats
• Understand requirements and pitch services effectively
• Prepare proposals and follow-ups
• Convert leads into paid international projects
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships

📊 Performance Expectations (VERY IMPORTANT)

• This is a target-driven, revenue-focused role
• Candidate will be evaluated based on:
• number of clients acquired (Direct / Implementation / Tier-1)
• revenue generated
• deal closure rate

👉 Primary responsibility: Bringing new international business from North America

🛠️ Required Skills

MUST HAVE:

• Excellent spoken and written English (neutral/global accent preferred)
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Confidence in interacting with international clients
• Sales mindset with focus on closing deals

GOOD TO HAVE:

• Experience with:
• Upwork / Freelancer platforms
• LinkedIn lead generation
• cold outreach
• Basic understanding of:
• website development / IT services
• Exposure to working with:
• enterprise clients or international partners
