Logistic Coordinator Full Time

The Logistics Coordinator at Jabil, Inc. is responsible for orchestrating the efficient flow of materials, products, and information throughout the supply chain. This role ensures timely and cost-effective delivery of goods while maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities**

• Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations, including shipping, receiving, warehousing, and inventory management.
• Prepare and process shipping documentation, including bills of lading, customs forms, and other necessary paperwork.
• Track and trace shipments, providing regular updates to internal and external stakeholders.
• Communicate effectively with carriers, suppliers, and customers to resolve logistics-related issues and ensure smooth operations.
• Analyze logistics data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and other relevant logistics information.
• Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., procurement, planning, production, sales) to align logistics activities with overall business objectives.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant transportation regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
• Assist in the selection and evaluation of transportation providers and logistics partners.
• Support the implementation of new logistics technologies and processes.
• Awareness about Freight In, Freight Out cost, overall logistic cost

Job Qualifications**

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in a logistics coordination or similar supply chain role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of logistics principles, transportation modes, and supply chain best practices.
• Proficiency in logistics software and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Knowledge of international shipping regulations and customs procedures is a plus.
