Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Strategic Sourcing professional, located in Ghaziabad. The role includes evaluating and developing suppliers, managing sourcing processes, and negotiating contracts to ensure effective and efficient procurement. The candidate will be responsible for supply management, identifying strategic opportunities, and ensuring alignment with business objectives. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and maintaining high standards of supplier quality and performance are essential aspects of this role.
Qualifications
- Experience with Supplier Evaluation and Supplier Development for fostering relationships and performance improvements
- Strong Analytical Skills for assessing procurement strategies and supplier capabilities
- Expertise in Contract Negotiation and Supply Management to optimize costs and ensure compliance with terms
- Ability to collaborate across functions and align efforts with organizational goals
- Detail-oriented, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA is a plus
- Experience in the automotive industry or with manufacturing companies is highly desirable
