HR Coordinator Full Time

The Opportunity

In this role you will:

• Support the India and broader APAC HR team and employee population across a range of employee life cycle processes including recruitment, onboarding and offboarding activities
• Facilitate regional new joiner process which includes setting up background checks, drafting and issuing contracts and assisting with new joiner queries
• Closely monitor onboarding process including timely review of background checks and escalating any issues, assisting with the completion of required paperwork and collaborating with our wider teams to ensure new employees have the necessary tools and access on their first day
• Apply your strong attention to detail to maintaining employee system data and dashboards
• Coordinate the offboarding process including preparing documentation, updating the HR systems and platforms, and managing access and the return of assets
• Maintain HR systems and trackers to support efficient and accurate data management and reporting across different regions
• Ensure accurate and timely entry of payroll data, including new starters, leavers, transfers, salary changes and deductions
• Collaborate with the Payroll Team to reconcile payroll discrepancies and resolve any payroll-related issues
• Manage invoice processing for HR costs
• Collaborate with the HR team on regional and global initiatives and projects
• General HR administrative support as required such as benefit renewals, letter generation, venue and event coordination for learning activities

• Grown your experience in a similar human resources operations role
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders across various remits and regions in a fast-paced environment
• Are exceptionally detail-oriented with an uncompromising focus on quality
• Are an excellent communicator verbally and in writing
• Have excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks according to agreed deadlines
• Love a dynamic environment with the opportunity to manage your own priorities
• Thrive on building strong relationships with your team through a shared purpose and sense of openness and fun
