Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Regional Manager to lead warehousing operations and manage large teams across the region. The role involves driving operational efficiency, ensuring inventory accuracy, and overseeing end-to-end warehouse performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage regional warehousing operations and logistics
- Lead, train, and supervise warehouse teams
- Ensure inventory control, safety, and compliance
- Optimize processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs
- Coordinate with internal departments and vendors
- Monitor KPIs and prepare performance reports
Key Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in warehousing/logistics
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Good knowledge of warehouse systems and operations
- Ability to handle multiple locations and high-volume operations
Industry Preference: FMCG / Logistics / Supply Chain
