Ensure timely collection of dues from clients.

Manage payments to vendors, suppliers, and freelancers.
Track money owed by clients (accounts receivable).
Maintain proper payment schedules.
📚 5. Bookkeeping & Record Keeping
Maintain accurate financial records (daily transactions, ledgers).
Record cash flow, bank transactions, and petty cash usage.
Organize receipts and financial documents.
📈 6. Financial Reporting
Prepare profit & loss statements for each event/project.
Generate monthly/quarterly financial reports.
Provide insights to management for decision-making.
🧮 7. Tax Compliance
Calculate and file taxes (GST, TDS, etc., depending on country).
Ensure compliance with financial laws and regulations.
Maintain proper documentation for audits.
💼 8. Payroll Management
Process salaries for staff, decorators, and temporary workers.
Manage payments for freelancers and daily wage workers.
Handle reimbursements and allowances.
🔍 9. Cost Control & Profit Analysis
Analyze which events are profitable or loss-making.
Suggest cost-saving strategies.
Help in pricing future projects more effectively.
🤝 10. Coordination with Teams
Work with the design and operations teams to estimate decor costs.
Communicate with vendors regarding payments and contracts.
Support management in financial decision-making.
