Admissions & Visa Filing Officer – New Zealand Full Time NEW

Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Admissions & Visa Filing Officer for New Zealand to manage student admissions, visa processing and client coordination. The candidate will be responsible for handling university applications, maintaining communication with students and business associates, ensuring and collecting timely documentation and supporting students throughout the admission and visa journey.

Roles And Responsibilities

• Facilitating and managing the admission process of universities and colleges for the assigned country (New Zealand).
• Being familiar with and undertaking the admission process for student queries related to the assigned country.
• Analyzing applications of prospective students based on standard admission policies and eligibility criteria of institutions in New Zealand.
• Processing student queries and visa applications received from business (B2B) associates and direct clients.
• Managing client interactions, responding to queries professionally and maintaining proper records of communication.
• Contacting clients or company associates whenever any important message, update, or documentation requirement needs to be communicated.
• Maintaining accurate records of all student applications, documentation, offer letters, fee receipts, and visa files.
• Following up with respective colleges/universities for offer letters, tuition fee receipts, interview schedules, and pending documentation.
• Displaying proactiveness in monitoring application deadlines, emails, university updates, and communicating important information timely to the team.
• Preparing and reviewing student visa documentation as per New Zealand immigration requirements.
• Assisting students in SOP drafting guidance, financial documentation checks, and visa interview preparation where required.
• Coordinating with universities, business associates and internal counselors for smooth application processing.
• Ensuring all applications and visa files are submitted accurately within stipulated timelines.
• Maintaining updated knowledge of New Zealand education policies, visa regulations, university requirements, and immigration updates.
• Handling application portals efficiently and updating CRM/software systems regularly with student status and progress.
• Verifying authenticity and completeness of academic, financial, and personal documents submitted by students.
• Supporting the counseling and sales team with admission updates, scholarship opportunities, and university-specific requirements.
• Maintaining confidentiality of student information and company data at all times.
• Resolving application-related issues proactively and coordinating with institutions for quick resolutions.
• Achieving processing accuracy and turnaround timelines as defined by the organization.

Skills & Qualifications

● Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

● Prior experience in international admissions and visa filing for New Zealand preferred.

● Strong understanding of New Zealand university admission procedures and student visa processes.

● Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

● Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

● Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple applications simultaneously.

● Proficiency in MS Office, email communication, and CRM/application portals.

● Attention to detail and documentation accuracy.

● Team player with proactive and problem-solving attitude.

Experience Required

● 2–3 years of experience in overseas education or visa processing industry.

● Experience in handling New Zealand student visa cases and university applications.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 – ₹40,000.00 per month
