Affiliate Marketing Manager / Influencer Marketing Executive Full Time

Affiliate Marketing Manager

• Develop and manage affiliate marketing programs to drive traffic, leads, and revenue growth
• Recruit, onboard, and manage affiliate partners, publishers, and networks
• Set commission structures, incentives, and performance-based reward models
• Monitor affiliate performance and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI and conversions
• Track affiliate-driven traffic, sales, and revenue using tracking platforms and analytics tools
• Ensure proper tracking setup (links, pixels, attribution systems) for accurate reporting
• Identify and expand high-performing affiliate partnerships and channels
• Manage relationships with affiliate networks and external partners
• Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and marketing policies across affiliate channels

Influencer Marketing Executive

• Plan and execute influencer marketing campaigns across social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
• Identify, research, and engage relevant influencers aligned with brand values and target audience
• Negotiate contracts, deliverables, pricing, and campaign terms with influencers
• Manage end-to-end influencer campaign execution from briefing to content delivery and reporting
• Track campaign performance including engagement, reach, conversions, and ROI
• Build long-term relationships with influencers, creators, and talent agencies
• Coordinate content approvals, timelines, and brand compliance
• Analyze influencer performance data to optimize future campaigns
• Stay updated on social media trends, creator economy, and influencer platforms
• Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to align campaigns with brand strategy

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
• 2–6+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, or digital marketing roles
• Strong understanding of performance marketing and social media ecosystems
• Experience with affiliate platforms (Impact, CJ Affiliate, ShareASale, Rakuten, etc.) is a plus
• Familiarity with influencer tools and social analytics platforms
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Analytical mindset with ability to track and optimize campaign performance
• Experience managing budgets, contracts, and marketing partnerships
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Creative thinking with understanding of brand storytelling and content trends
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and partners simultaneously
• Experience in e-commerce, SaaS, or digital-first brands is preferred
