Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Noida for an Agriculture Specialist. The Agriculture Specialist will focus on optimizing agricultural production methods, providing expert consultation, analyzing agricultural operations, and offering innovative solutions. The role also involves effectively communicating with stakeholders and supporting sales initiatives to expand the reach and influence of our products. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals is a key component of this position.

Qualifications:

• Masters Degree in Agriculture with schooling from a reputed English medium Education Board.
• Strong expertise in agriculture and agricultural production techniques
• Exceptional communication skills for engaging with clients, stakeholders, and team members
• Analytical skills for evaluating agricultural processes and providing data-driven solutions
• Sales experience and ability to demonstrate product value effectively
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Agriculture, Agricultural Science, or a related field
• Passion for sustainable agriculture and urban farming concepts
• Experience with agricultural lighting solutions or controlled environment agriculture is a plus
