APM Operation Specialist Full Time NEW

We are looking for someone who can unlock the potential of our operations processes in an extremely fast-paced environment. As an Operations Specialist, you will own the end-to-end process associated with the installation of parcel machines across IBERIA.

What responsibilities and objectives will you have?

• Schedule and manage requests across multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
• Create and maintain a direct relationship with commercial managers and internal areas.
• Facilitate the operations internally to provide swift feedback to partners.
• Deliver on key operational KPIs.

Well, what will the requirements be?

• Experience in an operations role working within a project team.
• Evidence of operating within a fast-paced environment.
• Proven track record in the execution of operational processes and project coordination.
• Demonstrated enablement of a physical operation, including delivering against KPIs.
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
• Strong data management skills (Excel etc).
