Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Manager – Last Mile Operations based in Hyderabad. The Assistant Manager will oversee and optimize last-mile delivery operations, ensure timely dispatch and delivery of orders, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency. The role includes managing a team of delivery executives, monitoring performance metrics, resolving on-ground issues, and strategizing to improve customer satisfaction. The candidate will also ensure compliance with company policies and drive continuous improvement initiatives within the supply chain.
